Mariah Carey and Nick Cannon to Renew Wedding Vows

Mariah Carey and husband Nick Cannon plan to celebrate their second anniversary by renewing their wedding vows for the second time. Nick, 29, said on his New York radio show on 92.3 NOW, “I encourage everybody to do it. Together this union is gonna last forever…she is my rock. If you are happy and in love, celebrate it!” Their wedding anniversary will be on Friday, April 30th, and the couple hasn’t settled on a final plan for this year’s celebration.

Nick added, “It’s just something fun to celebrate. In a radio interview last week, Kim, 29, joked that she made a bet with Reggie that if he won Super Bowl 44, then she would receive an engagement ring. Reggie Bush of the New Orleans Saints had one of the best games of his career in the NFC Divisional playoff game against the Arizona Cardinals. Former first daughter Chelsea Clinton, the only daughter of former President Bill Clinton and incumbent Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton, is engaged to her longtime boyfriend, Marc Mezvinsky. Marc is the son of former Iowa congressman Ed Mezvinsky and former Pennsylvania congresswoman Marjorie Margolies-Mezvinksy. In addition to both having politicians for parents, Chelsea, 29, and Marc, 31, are both Stanford University graduates. Marc currently works at Goldman Sachs and Chelsea is attending graduate school at Columbia University’s School of Public Health. The couple became engaged on Thanksgiving, which they spent in New York together. Online reports, including People Magazine are assuming that Actress Penélope Cruz, 35, and Actor Javier Bardem, 40, are engaged.
