According to People Magazine, Jimmy Kimmel of Jimmy Kimmel Live! is currently dating an ABC writer of his late-night TV talk-show. Molly McNearney, 31, has been a staff member on Jimmy Kimmel Live! since July 2003. She began writing for the show in 2006 and was promoted to co-head writer in 2008.

According to a source close to Kimmel, after the break-up with his girlfriend of five years, Sarah Silverman, he and Molly “instantly clicked.
