Actress Lindsay Lohan’s 3-year probation was extended by a year due to lack of attendance at alcohol-education. Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Marsha Revel extended the probation in order for Lindsay to finish the court-ordered alcohol-education program from her 2007 DUI case. Revel said that she is “rooting” for Lohan to finish the program as well as her probation, but made it clear that no future disruptions and absences from the program will be tolerated. “This is the last time we will be talking about re-enrolling,” Revel said. “Anytime you request a leave of absence for more than 21 days, you must get court approval. If you don’t do that, the deputy district attorney will be asking for jail time.” Revel added that only work-related absences will be tolerated as long as they are pre-approved by the court. BEVERLY HILLS, CA-While driving in their Range Rover, Nicole Richie and her long-time boyfriend, Joel Madden, lead vocalist of the band Good Charlotte, were rear-ended by two paparazzi.
