For the past five seasons, “Project Runway” aired on NBC Universal’s Bravo network and took place in New York. Not anymore! The show’s producers, The Weinstein Company settled a lawsuit with NBC Universal and agreed to pay an undisclosed amount for the right to move their show to Lifetime. “Project Runway” didn’t only change their television station, but their on-set location to Los Angeles, from its previous location in New York.  Season six is set to premiere on Thursday, August 20, 2009 on Lifetime Television with guest judge, actress Nicole Kidman. This season will feature guest judges such as Christina Aguilera, Eva Longoria Parker, and Lindsay Lohan.
